YOUR PRIVACY

A little clarity
about your information.

This notice explains the current behaviour of this website.

Who we are

This website is run by Jo Frost - Open Space Therapy, who is the data controller for any personal information you share through it. You can contact us at jo@openspacetherapy.net.

The enquiry form

When you submit the enquiry form, your name, contact details and message are sent to Open Space Therapy by email. They are used only to reply to your enquiry and, if you choose to go ahead, to arrange an initial appointment.

Please keep your first message brief. There's no need to share detailed personal or health information. The form isn't monitored around the clock and is not suitable for urgent support. If you need help urgently, contact your GP, call NHS 111, or call Samaritans on 116 123.

How long your information is kept

Enquiries that don't lead to working together are deleted within 6 months. If you become a client, your information is kept as described in the client agreement.

Sharing your information

Jo does not sell your information or share it for marketing. It is processed only by the services needed to run the website and email.

Cookies and analytics

This website has no advertising or analytics scripts. Cloudflare hosts this website and provides Turnstile spam protection for the enquiry form. It may process technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, to deliver and secure the site. Microsoft 365 processes enquiry emails.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information Jo holds about you. To do this, contact us. If you're unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
