ABOUT JO
Hello, I’m Jo.
I’m interested in how we think, feel and relate to one another — and in making space for your experience.

Understanding you.
Working together.
Hi, I’m Jo. I offer a calm, compassionate space for people who are navigating all kinds of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, family and relationship difficulties and adverse childhood experiences to name a few. My approach is grounded in building a trusting, collaborative relationship where you can talk openly about what’s going on in your life, without judgement or pressure.
A lot of my work focuses on attachment and the ways our past experiences quietly shape how we think, feel, and relate to others today. Together, we can gently explore those patterns and begin to understand what they’re trying to protect, what they’re holding onto, and what you might want to change.
My aim is to help you reconnect with what you truly want and need — from yourself, from your relationships, and from the world around you. Compassion is at the heart of my practice. I believe deeply in supporting clients to strengthen their inner foundations: self‑esteem, self‑worth, and the ability to treat themselves with the same kindness they offer others.
If you’re looking for a space to feel seen, heard and empowered to grow, I’d be honoured to support you as we navigate your journey towards healing, self‑understanding and meaningful change.
